What about the shipping costs?
Shipping is just CHF 7.00 (Economy) or CHF 9.00 (Priority).
There are no shipping costs at all, if you order for more than CHF 100
How long will it take till I get my goods?
Whenever possible your goods are going to be shipped the next working day after you ordered.
What if they don't fit?
Espadrilles are meant to fit quite tight at the beginning!
Once you start walking in your espadrilles, the cloth will expand and the footbed will get wider - your espadrilles adapt to your feet.
Of course, if your espadrilles do not fit or you don't like the colour, you have the possibility of an exchange.
Please leave a comment on your invoice, what you didn't like and what you would like us to send to you instead. Send us your invoice together with the espadrilles to:

Unfortunately you have to pay the postage for sending the shoes back - we pay the postage for sending the new shoes to you.
What if I don't like the shoes?
In that unlikely event, you can return your espadrilles.

In this case you only have to pay the postage for sending the shoes back to us.
